These terms apply to your use of noojbeauty.com (the "website") and to every order you place with Nooj Beauty ("Nooj Beauty", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

• We try to show product colours as accurately as possible, but shades can look slightly different on different screens.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices, offers and products at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
• Offers and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have conditions shown with the offer.

Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have paid, you receive a full refund.

Payments

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• For cash-on-delivery orders please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy; cancellations, returns and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Using our products

Please read the label before use and always do a patch test before using a new product. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are for external use only.

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Nooj Beauty or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the city of our registered address.
