Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders paid online are dispatched after the payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of weather, festivals or courier delays.
Delivery charges
- Orders of ₹499 and above: free delivery
- Orders below ₹499: ₹79
- Cash on delivery may carry a small charge, always shown at checkout before you place the order.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track your order page.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot deliver after their attempts (wrong address, no one available, phone not reachable), the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship it; the delivery charge may apply again. For prepaid orders that you no longer want, we refund the amount minus the delivery charges.
